The Be Uplifted Foundation was created from a deep belief that fathers matter, families matter, and with the right support, lives can be transformed.
I have seen firsthand the strength and resilience of single fathers who are committed to raising their children well, often without the resources, guidance, or community they truly need. At the same time, I have seen how mentorship, leadership development, and the right support system can completely change the trajectory of a young person's life.
This foundation exists to bridge that gap.
Through structured mentorship and leadership development, we are creating real pathways for fathers to grow, lead, and build. At the same time, we are ensuring that youth from single parent households are guided, developed, and equipped to pursue their future with confidence.
This work is personal. This mission is intentional. And this movement is just getting started.

D'George Hines
Founder & Executive Director
D'George Hines is the Founder of the Be Uplifted Foundation, a purpose-driven nonprofit committed to supporting underserved single fathers and empowering youth from single-parent households. As a leader, speaker, singer, and actor, he has built his career around one core mission to uplift people and create pathways for lasting impact.
A trusted executive across the tech, nonprofit, and venture capital sectors, D'George has worked alongside high-level leaders and organizations to build teams, drive vision, and execute at the highest level. Through the Be Uplifted Foundation, he brings that same level of excellence to the community by developing initiatives that provide mentorship, resources, and opportunities for fathers and their families to thrive.
He is also the host of Uplifting Moments with D'George Hines, where faith meets culture through real and transformative conversations. A devoted husband and father of four, D'George's work across business, media, and philanthropy reflects his deep commitment to inspiring others, strengthening families, and building a legacy of impact.
