What is the Collective
The Uplifting Fathers Collective is the flagship program of the Be Uplifted Foundation. It is a structured mentorship and leadership development program designed specifically for underserved single fathers.
Through cohort based programming, consistent engagement, and community support, fathers are equipped with the guidance, tools, and accountability they need to grow personally, lead their families with confidence, and build lasting stability.
More than a program, the Collective is a community of fathers committed to growth, leadership, and impact.

How the Collective Works
The Uplifting Fathers Collective is delivered through a cohort based structure that provides consistent, structured engagement over time.
1. Selection — Fathers are identified based on need, readiness, and commitment to growth.
2. Enrollment — Participants join a cohort of fathers going through the program together.
3. Engagement — Weekly or biweekly sessions focused on mentorship, leadership, and personal development.
4. Community — Ongoing accountability, support, and connection within the Collective network.
The program is completely free for every participating father and fully funded by donors and partners.
